Yes I am aware of the spelling mistakes I was Irate when I wrote Them!

This post is some of the emails I have sent to the council over the years that shows they have knowledge of the conditions of the property I have lived in for 11 years.

That's why I say they should pay me £900,000 compensation for their crimes!!!

I have sent this e-mail to let you know that I am seeking to take the city of lincoln council to the high court.I asked the former mp for lincoln karl mccartney to refer me to a charity dealing with people who can't get legal aid I have been complaining to the council inregards to loud music against a tenant at "redacted" who has now moved out. This problem against the tenant had been going on for over half a decade and the city of lincoln council up graded her to a 3 bedroom house with a nice garden. while I have not caused trouble and I have had to live in a mouldy dump which is unfit to human health I think the city of lincoln council have got their prioroties wrong.So I once my application has been processed and have received legal advice I will submit an application to the high court to sue the city of lincoln council.which will be a large claim not the small calims court.
I wrote to councillor rick metcalfe 2 years ago but he never got back to me.

I have sent this E-mail in regards to an inspection for mould at my property on 12,7,17.
When they guy came round to my property the first thing I showed him was the new window in my livingroom that was put in following a fire we had last year and I pointed out that the new window contained no mould I also pointed out that all the old windows had mould even in the sealant the guy said inregards to my kitchen that I had a hot kitchen  and it was cold outside then I told him it don't get very hot in the kitchen as I hardly have the heating on as I could'nt afford it then he soon changed his story saying I get mould as I need to heat the kitchen thats why I get mould to me it sounds like he did'nt now what he was talking about.all the old windows get mould it's not just a matter of heating as I pointed out that the new window did not net any mould during the winter.One other factor that will cause the mould is that the building has no insulation what so ever so you can't disagree with me on that as the guy said about my kitchen it needs to be warm to prevent mould.my kitchen window has some fire damage to it and has not been replaced eventhough I was told it would be replaced my bedroom has asmuch mould as the kitchen window so that needs to be replaced along with the balcony window and door.

The Funny thing is a week after I sent the next E-mail we suddenly got a new housing officer called Dawn Beresford You'll never guess what she did she rang me up demanding money I didn't even owe them and she said what they all say You owe us money we will take you to court money money money we will take you to court!

I have sent this e-mail in response the the notice of eviction you sent me last week.
You say I am in rent arrears despite the fact I have been paying my rent all the time at the beginning of 2016 when I first went onto universal credit you sent me a letter the very moment I received my first benefit claimant demanding rent to be paid I wrote to you saying I only just got my payment and I paid it and I told you not to write to me every month demanding payment but you did. 
And in regards to my rent arrears you made me an appointment to see you at city hall in 2017 I attended but you was attending an emergency on the estate I told the people I saw that you was charging me 5 weeks rent over a 4 week period that's why I have rent arrears and they said they would contact universal credit to get the money off them. I also contacted universal credit and they said I got rent money for a 4 week period and you Lewis said to me you wanted the 5 weeks rent also because the money did not get paid until the fifth week but that rent for the next week got included in the next payment. I don't know what qualifications you have but you are somewhat "STUPID" that you cannot figure that out. Also charging me 5 weeks rent for a 4 week period is extortion and extortion is a criminal offence. my rent was 60.56 per week and I would always get paid over a 4 week period so get out you calculator and type in 60.56x4 and it will say £242.24 and if you look back at my statements including the one you sent last week you'll see that's what rent I paid on a regular basis. so going back to contacting universal credit you did not do that even though you said you will even last autumn when I stopped you on the estate when I challenged you about that mould in my property nothing had been done about it and you upgraded that girl from "redacted"  to a 3 bedroomed house with a nice garden and I said about the rent arrears that you need to contact universal credit about it because they gave my rent money for 4 weeks and yet you were charging me for 5 weeks I couldn't pay the money I didn't have but you can't seem to figure that out because you are too "STUPID". Like I said since the beginning of 2016 you have been harassing me for rent you have been illegally charging me. I think we should have a meeting at city hall to talk about this but for some reason I'll never get through to you I have receipts saved on my E-mail address and I have the statement you sent last week too if for some reason I have missed a payment I am always willing to pay it but you are only interested in the illegal charges of rent that you want me to pay. I hope you take up the offer of meeting me at city hall but I know for a fact I'll never get through to you you are only wanting the illegal charges of rent you thief. And I'll let you explain to court why you were illegally charging me rent I could of only paid you what universal credit payed me yet you want me to pay what universal credit allegedly owed you and I'll let the court decide  who's in the wrong.

I have sent this E-mail in regards to my boiler literally blowing up last thursday.
I had been asking for a new boiler for a few years now but I was always told no and last year I was told it's rusty and it would eventually will die a graceful death. Well when it did die a graceful death It could of killed me or injure me in the process as when I put the heater on water leaked on the electric circuit board and we all know water and electricity are not a good mix.So although I'm back at work today And I will not be off until friday you better get this issue resolved quickly as I do not appreciate having my life put at risk because of your reluctance to change the boiler which is now dead and capped off.

I am the tenant of "redacted" I have sent this email in regards to so called council tax arrears. earlier this year revenues and benefits department charged an extra £47 council tax in one month this is extortion and extortion is a criminal offence. I contacted revenues and benefits about this and they wanted to see proof of income so I can apply for council tax reduction I sent them the information they requested and they sent back the bank statement I sent them and they did not bother sending me the council tax reduction bill.you people at city hall are the dumbest people I have ever met and that is saying something as I have met some right dummies in my life.
on may 25th I had to go down to customer services at city hall as I got a letter off my housing officer saying I did not pay rent on 14th of may so I showed customer services a receipt of payment saying thank you for you payment and this is dated 11th may and so called missing rent payments is also an on going problem I have with you stupid people.and I was told to go and see the person at customer services who was dealing with council tax I spoke with him and I told him about me applying for council tax reduction and I was not sent a reduced bill and he told me it's on the system and he is sending me a new bill and it will arrive next week this is now last week I did say to the guy at city hall that was dealing with council tax that you do need to send me a bill as I'm not psychic. And I believe the guy said the bill was going to be sent from either sleaford or spalding.But as in true city of lincoln council style it never arrived and like I said you do need to send me a bill as I'm not psychic. yesterday I got your stupid threatening letter telling me you will take me to court if I don't pay the bill well at least you sent me a bill I doubt it's the reduced one that I applied for and if you think I'm going to pay £50 costs for your incompetency you can think again you "DUMMIES".
I am waiting for your response and make sure you reply to this email by pressing to reply button I know what you people are like you wait a while then send another stupid letter so press that reply button I am waiting for your response.

Yesterday (7,1,2020) I attended an Illegal court case at Lincoln Magistrates court After getting a "court" summons from the city of lincoln council.
I asked the court if it agrees with the fake document the courts legal advisor did agree with it so I read out the courts act 2003 as he refused to look at it
43 Summons or warrant for suspected offender
(1) for section 1 of the 1980 act (issue of summons to accused or warrant for his arrest). substitute-
 
(1) On an information being laid before a justice of the peace that a person has, or is suspected of having, committed an offence, the justice may issue
(a) a summons directed to that person requiring him to appear before a magistrates court to answer information or
(b) a warrant to arrest that person and bring him before a magistrates court. 
 I then told them it also says the same in the court act 1980.
97 Summons to witness and warrant for his arrest.
(F1) Where to witness and warrant for his arrest.
(a) any person in england or wales is likely to be able to give material evidence. or produce any document or thing likely to be material evidence. at the summary trial of an information or hearing of a complaint F2 ... by a magistrates court, court and
(b) it is in the interests of justice to issue a summons under this subsection to secure the attendance of that person to give evidence or produce a document or thing.
So the 2 FAKE magistrates and the so called legal advisor supports the fake summons they have committed the above offences along with contrary to the pujury act 1911.
12 form of indictment 
(1) in an indictment 
(a) for making any false statement or false representation punishable under this act: or
(b) declaration, statutory declaration,affidavit, desposition,notice,certificate,or other writing,
it is sufficient to set forth the substance of the offence charged, and before which court or person (if any) the offence was committed without setting forth the proceedings or any part of the proceedings in the course of which the offence was committed, and without setting forth the authority of any court or person before whom the offence was committed.
(2) in an indictment for aiding abetting,councilling F1 to commit any such offence,it is sufficient-
(a) Where such offence has been committed,to allege that offence, and that the defendantprocured the commission of that offence: and
(b) Where such offence has not been , to set forth the substance of the offence charged against the defendant without setting any fort matter or thing which it is unnecessary to aver in the case of an indictment for a false statement or fale representation punishable under this act. 
So for the above offences "YOU ARE LIABLE TO REMOVE THE FAKE LAY JUSTICE AND THE SO CALLED LEGAL ADVISOR"
Or you will be contrary to the court act 2003.
11 resignation and removal of lay justices
(1) A lay justice may resign his office at any time.
(2) The lord chancellor may F1 "with the concurrence of the lord chief justice " remove a lay justice from his office by an instrument on behalf and in the name of her majesty-
(on the ground of incapacity or misbehaviour,
(b) on the ground of a persistant failure to meet such standards of competence as are prescribed by a direction given by the lord chacellor F2 with the concurrence of the lord chief justice or 
(c) if he is satisfied that the lay justice is declining or neglecting to take a proper part in the exercise of his functions as a justice as a justice of the peace.
Yesterday after the 2 FAKE magistrates retired they gave tracey parker from the city of lincoln council a liability of something she paid £22 for ( so who for that coming?) I refused to rise for the FAKE magistrates I asked if they were on their oaths (clause 61 of the magna carta 1215) the legal advisor told me they were as the magistrate did'nt do much talking apart from threatening me.the FAKE magistraes were not on their oaths so dishonoured the crown so 2 more offences they committed contempt to court and treason.
I guarantee you will not remove the FAKE magistrates who sat in court 3 at arount 15:30 7,1,2020 as you are a senior person in the corrupt judiciary of our country.

So in the kangaroo court I asked Tracey Parker from the council The 2 FAKE magistrates and the so called legal advisor if they support the fake summons and they all did so I tried to show but they was not interested so I read the Courts Act 2003

Since I contacted you back in may informing you about the crimes committed by the City of Lincoln of Council, Criminal Chief Constable Bill Skelly and the fake Magistrates Court you have done nothing to resolve it.
So you have committed Count 1 Treason Contrary to the Common Law, Count 2 Conspiracy to Defraud Contrary to the Common Law, Count 3 Accessory Contrary to the Common Law.
The irony is since I informed you about this you put on social media do not hesitate to contact me as me and my team are hear to help.
Your crimes are not hidden in the digital age. So I'm sure you will end up in the House of Lords Where Criminal State Employed Criminals usually end up!!!

I gave you information in the e-mail with whom you can contact at city hall to find out who I am but you have obviously forgotten how to do some detective work. ( no pun intended ) 
As you are a corporate Administration Officer so that means the Police are a corporation as it states on Dun and Brad street so you need my name to enter a contract with you. Then you can draw up any contract you desire and try and use it against me.

Also when I was in this kangaroo court tracey parker said she  charged me £22 for a liability order that she applied for the court for so when the 2 FAKE  magistrates retired I said you'll get the liability order as you payed the court for it when the 2 FAKE magistrates returned to the court I failed to rise for then thus not giving them jurisdiction over me but still they awarded her the liability order.(who would of seen that coming?)
I then asked the 2 FAKE  magistrates if they were on their oath the legal advisor said they were so I asked them to prove it and they failed to do so.
so there are plenty of offences I have listed that you will not make any arrests over.
 
 
On Wednesday morning I was arrested at the Kangaroo Court High Street Lincoln.
I was assaulted and robbed The guy was not arrested I was held in false imprisonment the people involved was not arrested. Why wre they not arrested?

First I have included my previous emails I have sent you that you have ignored so straight away you are a waste of tax payers money and you are aiding and abetting and they are criminal offences.
 
On 12 may 2021 I was arrested by 2 of your constables Beavis and butthead. Pc's Beavis and Butthead refused to arrest the person who assaulted  and robbed me and the 3 peoplewho held me in false imprisonment and they failed to arrest the fake magistrates at the Kangaroo Court Lincoln.
Pc 333 Stinkie Stevens spent 8 hours looking at 3 photo's and she also refused to arrest the guy who assaulted and robbed me and the 3 who held me in false imprisonment and failed to arrest the fake magistrates.
part of the constables oath I will prevent all offences aagainst people not some offences against people.
So if you don't resolve all these issues very soon I will require you to attend a recorded interview with me if you fail to comply with the interview you will be perverting the course of justice.

The Mouldy property I live in Courtesy of the council.

OK I don't live in a penthouse but I was expecting better quality.

I have lots more photo's of mold in my property I also have E-mails in regards to telling the council about mold in the property I have been telling them about since 2009 as it says in the landlord and tenant act 1985 this property is unfit for human habitation. and the house [F10or dwelling] shall be regarded as unfit for human habitation if, and only if, it is so far defective in one or more of those matters that it is not reasonably suitable for occupation in that condition.

[F12(2)In subsection (1) “prescribed hazard” means any matter or circumstance amounting to a hazard for the time being prescribed in regulations made by the Secretary of State under section 2 of the Housing Act 2004.

Another offence committed by the council Environmental Protection act 1990. 

I'm sure the police especially the chief constable will not be happy with me letting everyone know that they are criminals as criminals don't like their crimes to be exposed. Every Police Constable in this country is a criminal as they mostly arrest peolpe for an act and an act of Parliament needs the consent of the governed. and that's all of us. So in plain english for you to be arrested for an act the Police need your consent for you to be arrested. The only common law reason for you to be arrested with out your consent is if you have breached the peace that is causing a disturbance such as violence with out being provoked caused an offence against a person or property or caused them loss of property including fraud.











Meet Councillor Ric ( The Prick ) Metcalfe Leader of The City of Lincoln Council.


He's a criminal who I wrote to 6 Years ago in regards to what has been happening at the council in regards to the appalling conditions I have to live in I also notified him in regards to constant noise issues from other tenants that often kept me awake and waking me up that is in violation on the United Nations convention against torture. So the council keeping  me in a property unfit for human habitation Which is a Crime,
neighbours keeping me awake at night which is defined as torture, The Council extorting money out of me that I don't even  owe them, committing Fraud And Perjury by issuing me with a fake Court Summons.
All of Which Councillor Ric The Prick Metcalfe is responsible for as He is the Leader of The City of Lincoln Council And Everything that happens at The Council is his responsibility!!!!!

Yes That is right the city of Lincoln council have the audacity to charge rent for the privilege to live in a property unfit for human habitation. I think the city of Lincoln council should pay me to live here!
