And the MP's expenses scandal. it's all corruption.
Now I have told you the judiciary is corrupt don't expect much to be done about it as this happens from the north coast of Scotland down to the south coast of England and we will have to build city size prisons all over the country to house all the criminals in the judiciary and councils.
When you hear about a corruption story it's done by the mainstream media as the one's they expose are high society just like they are and they are not going to like it that a commoner in a mouldy council property in the north has exposed it.
It will make them look a bit stupid given their budget and resources.
When others than the media expose state crimes the state turn the exposé into a criminal.
Julian Assange exposed state crimes he's in high security prison.
Exposing state crimes means you're dangerous.
Dr David Kelly said no Mr Blair there is no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq he's now dead.
Annie Machon and David Shaylor exposed state crimes and had to flee the country.
Roger Hayes of the British constitution group arrested a judge for not being on his oath was himself arrested and sent to prison.
Although not in our country Edward Snowden exposed state crimes and is now hiding in Russia.
And former US marine and Florida cop John Mark Dougan who was exposing corruption in the police is now in Russia.
Yet the real criminals have not spent one day in prison. How convenient.
I think they turn the whistle blowers into criminals to deflect attention away from the real criminals who always get away. The Americans want to put Julian Assange on death row. It's a pity they don't want to do the same with George Dub'ya Bush and Terrorist Tony Blair.
I'll give you all a bit more advice if a bailiff, Police Constable or court ask you if you are example MR JACK JONES upper case letters is dead speak and they are just words on a piece of paper and you are a human so just say no. Then it will be I think you Are MR JACK JONES. Then you can think what you like I'm not those words on a piece of paper.
If you get a summons to court for an act just don't turn up.
If the police turn up to your property and you live in a house open an upstairs window film them and ask them if they are on their oaths toady?
When they say yes read them their oath and ask them which one of these reasons are you harassing me today? As soon as they say act you say it does not say act on your oath does it?
More crime committed by the council when I was on universal credit Housing officer Lewis Heaney charged me 5 weeks rent over a 4 week period. I emailed him saying I only pay 4 weeks as that's the amount of money I get paid for. soon after I got a different housing officer Dawn Beresford and the story changed to in 2015 you didn't pay your rent ( I didn't need to I was on the sick) and she said we will take you to court we will take you to court. If I got £1000 for every time they said we will take you to court I could buy myself a house. Another statute law landlord tenant act 1985. I think we can say mould is damp.

An Act to consolidate certain provisions of the law of landlord and tenant formerly found in the Housing Acts, together with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1962, with amendments to give effect to recommendations of the Law Commission.

Be it enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows;—
8 Implied terms as to fitness for human habitation[F5: Wales].
(1)In a contract to which this section applies for the letting of a house [F6in Wales] for human habitation there is implied, notwithstanding any stipulation to the contrary—
(a)a condition that the house is fit for human habitation at the commencement of the tenancy, and
(b)an undertaking that the house will be kept by the landlord fit for human habitation during the tenancy.

(3)This section applies to a contract if—
(a)the rent does not exceed the figure applicable in accordance with the subsection (4), and
(b)the letting is not on such terms as to the tenant’s responsibility as are mentioned in subsection (5).

The rent limit for the application of this section is shown by the following Table, by reference to the date of making of the contract and the situation of the premises:
10 Fitness for human habitation.
[F9(1)]In determining for the purposes of this Act whether a house [F10or dwelling] is unfit for human habitation, regard shall be had to its condition in respect of the following matters—
- repair,
- stability,
- freedom from damp,
- internal arrangement,
- natural lighting,
- ventilation,
- water supply,
- drainage and sanitary conveniences,
- facilities for preparation and cooking of food and for the disposal of waste water;
and the house [F10or dwelling] shall be regarded as unfit for human habitation if, and only if, it is so far defective in one or more of those matters that it is not reasonably suitable for occupation in that condition.
[F12(2)In subsection (1) “prescribed hazard” means any matter or circumstance amounting to a hazard for the time being prescribed in regulations made by the Secretary of State under section 2 of the Housing Act 2004.

The definition of “hazard” in section 2(1) of the Housing Act 2004 applies for the purposes of subsection (2) as though the reference to a potential occupier were omitted.]
The one that takes full responsibility for what happens at all councils is the leader of the council councillor Ric Metcalfe. Both he and others at the council are criminals!!!!!!
I believe I should get £750,000 compensation! as I have had to put up with these conditions for 10 years and 6 months if any of you commit crime every day for 10 years you'll more than likely go to prison nothing happens to the council they are organised criminals the lot of them!
The council know I am living in a property unfit for human habitation as I have sent them emails I have written to them in 2014 I wrote to councillor Ric Metcalfe in 2014 in 2017 I emailed I think it was councillor Jim Hanrahan and the council came round took photo's of the property and said they will carry out the repairs the only thing they did was redecorate the bathroom.
In regards to the above post about whistle blowers about revealing state crimes the rape allegations about Julian Assange is spurious as a section from the news back in 2010 shows.
