If you think you need to pay council tax then I want to challenge you on the lie of budget cuts!!!
Everyone believes their council tax pays for local services. But what I have noticed and the majority of you have not noticed is if we fund local services through council tax then why is it in the last 10 years when central government cut spending on services has the council tax gone up year after year and we get less public services? the street lights are still off during the night and they get turned off to save the council money. And all other public services have been cut. So over the past 10 years we should of had 20% reduction in council tax but instead of 20% reduction in council tax it goes up every year.
The reason is your council tax does not fund the council the police, fire brigade or other public services.

So we are told we have to pay council tax to fund local services.
I'll use my council tax bill for 2019/20 as an example.
Lincolnshire County Council £800.00

Police Commissioner £160.92 (we only have a police commissioner as the Americans have one)
We all get one of these bills for public services but you just heard George Osborne say he is cutting Funding for councils. How can he cut funding for councils when we are supposed to be funding councils through council tax?
If the penny still hasn't dropped for you Here's a clown saying he has suddenly found a spare bit of change to recruit 20,000 Police Constables.

or money from a no brexit deal. and then priti patel said in essex we got £3.3 million from central government. And then she goes on about how they will invest in local services!!
So if local services such as county council are funded by central government where is all that money going we spend on council tax???

A Magistrates Court is a Business and a Business does not have Jurisdiction Over You Does It?

When I was in the Kangaroo court I challenged to Fake Magistrates if they were on their oath but they were not so they have committed treason. If you have problems off anyone including the stasi ( police) or a bailiff a judge or fake magistrates you have the power to arrest them under section 24a of the police and criminal evidence act 1984 and you might want to film any arrest you make.

The criminal state: the stasi ( the police) the media parasites and the criminal politicians always put whistle blowers in prison or kill them off. Best example Julian Assange .
When he slept with 2 women in Sweden they went to the police and told him to get a HIV test.
But the criminal state turned it into rape he had to hide in a embassy for 7 years and is now in high security prison HMP Belmarsh for blowing the whistle on state crimes so the state has to turn whistle blowers into a criminal and the state criminals never go to prison for their crimes.
And this goes un noticed by most people as they are programmed by the media parasites and are unable to think for themselves or read between the lines.

If you want to know why I call the Police the Stasi back in 2008 I was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage even though the stasi knew I didn't even do anything they even told me that and I was still arrested. And 4 hours later I was kicked out of the Police station as I didn't do anything wrong and over the years the stasi have proven that they are the stasi as they do no prioritise crimes such as burglary but they love nothing more than monitoring what people are saying on the internet. I heard of a woman in London got arrested and spent around 7 hours in a police cell for mis gendering
someone on Facebook And high profile case Harry Miller I think he re tweeted something and the Police turned up and said I'm here to check your thinking. And the stasi of the soviet union also loved to monitor what people were saying and taking people away for saying something the state didn't approve of. So welcome to the new soviet union!

If you have any interactions with a police constable feel free to address them as stasi as you are only being honest. The German way of saying stasi is SHTAR-ZEE.

Something you might want to know about so called high court bailiffs.
They are not part of the high court they do business with the high court bailiffs work for a business.
When they say they have a high court writ.
First the high court they are talking about is the royal courts of justice.
The royal courts of justice have different parts to it.
high court writ cannot be official as a judge at the queens bench that issue a writ has committed treason as they have to be on their judicial oath and no where on their oath can they work for a financial return.
Just like in the fake magistrates court someone goes to the royal courts of justice hires the court and judge in return for a writ of control.
They only way a bailiff can enforce a writ against you is if  that came from a court case against you and a jury of your peers have instructed them to do so.

For some strange reason the stasi are the only public service that decide for themselves that you need their service even though you did not ask them for it.
If you sit on a bench Paramedics don't just turn up and hook you up to a defibrillator just because they decided for themselves you needed it.
If you sit at traffic lights the fire brigade don't just turn up and cut you out of your Automobile as they decided for themselves you need cutting out.
The stasi are the only ones who do turn up after deciding for themselves you need their service without you asking for it. They are criminals in uniform!!!

The criminal state either Puts you under surveillance to intimidate you, Kill you off like they did with Dr David Kelly, freeze your bank account, or arrest you for exposing their crimes like they did with tommy Robinson and Julian Assange all of it will be promoted by the PR machine of the criminal state the media parasites. As soon as you do that one of the above will happen to you as the criminal state don't like to have it's crimes exposed!!!

Also when dealing with the police you should ask to see their Warrant card as that proves their authority if they refuse to show you their Warrant card when dealing with you they have dismissed themselves from duty.

End of the Hearing.

So after I made things difficult for them and pointing out that the council and court are hand in glove committing crimes the woman from the council suddenly turned around to me and said I am also charging you £22 for a liability order I paid the court. I have already said the court was biased towards the council and I said when they retire (the fake magistrates) I said you will give her the liability order as she has paid you for it 3 minutes after the fake magistrates retired the usher said all rise. I refused as I am not going to give the criminals jurisdiction over me.
The grumpy old git said we are awarding liability to the council due to insufficient evidence.
The complete irony of the court committing crimes they have a law that states: A roman court does not operate according to any true rule of law except to the presumptions of the law.

And when you go to court the first thing you have to do is refute the 12 presumptions of court.

After I left the kangaroo court I contacted the lord chancellor Robert Buckland QC MP and informed him of the crimes it's his duty to remove the fake lay justices but I doubt he has done that.
I E-mailed Chief constable bill skelly the crimes that happened and at the beginning I said you will not do anything about this as you are a senior constable of the same corrupt judiciary as the criminal fake magistrates and I told him the name of the woman from the council.
I got a reply saying in regards to a complaint I made to him and I need to get legal advice.
Well I did not make a complaint to him I reported a few crimes to him as in the E-mail I sent him he has done nothing about this not one of these criminals been arrested so he is also a criminal as he is ading and abetting criminals.

Oh and by the way I called the fake magistrates fake as they are supposed to be on their oaths before entering the court I put in this challenge one said yes I said prove it but they didn't so they have committed treason against the crown that is an arrestable offence the authority of the court is void the constables swear an oath to uphold common law (see the police reform act 2002) as bill skelly has failed to arrest the fake magistrates he has also committed treason to the crown another crime committed by the chief constable.

But there is also an act that says they have to swear an oath in the office of the judiciary.

Towards the end of the hearing.

The legal advisor asked you have been a tenant for 10 years why do you do this now? have you been trolling the internet? I thought there must be something on the internet he knows about and is not happy with. I said yeah I have been on the internet that's how I found all these acts I have printed off.
The woman from the council then said ( This is why I said I'm a council customer) we do what ever we can to help all of our customers. Then the legal advisor said something about me being a tenant for 10 years then I said I'm not a tenant I'm a customer she just called me a customer 3 times.
This is true! Are you a council tenant? have you reported a repair and wait ages for it to get fixed? or maybe it has never been fixed? have you reported a problem neighbour and little get's done about it?
Have the council accused you of not paying your rent one week or one month and suddenly send you threatening letters? sounds to me they are only money motivated you owe money they get hostile with you just like in business.
When you go to city hall to see someone at the council regarding an issue or if you phone them you speak to " CUSTOMER" services don't you? So it's a business and you are their "CUSTOMER" go to city hall to speak to someone at the council you go to "CUSTOMER" services  When you phone city hall you don't speak to tenant services you speak to "CUSTOMER" Services.
For many years now I came to the conclusion the only right you have is to consume and the state will even force you to consume!

2nd Hearing

7th January 2020.
As I just done a week of 12 hour shifts I attended the second hearing and after 2 hours of falling asleep in the waiting room I was called into court 3.
From the start to finish I wasn't playing their game if you keep quiet they will treat you like a lamb
so I was difficult with them for the 1-1 half hours I was in there and the criminals that work in that criminal court threatened me with violence they said if you don't cooperate we will get security to remove you from court and continue without you. I said what security are going to physically remove me that's assault! is it the legal advisor asked I said yeah if they touch me without my consent that's assault you can try telling them that said the legal advisor I will I replied.
I was also threatened with prison even though I had not committed any crime says the usher.
I asked the court that means everyone in court even the woman from the council if they support this FAKE summons the legal advisor and 2 FAKE  magistrates looked at it and did support it then I tried to show them but they refused to look at the Print off of the Magistrates court act 1980 and the Court act 2003 so I read it to them. The legal advisor just shouted Noooo! the council come here to use one of our rooms and we advise them to issue a summons. I looked at the 1980 and 2003 acts and said No! it does not say that here. More crimes committed by the criminal court and the council as they continued to support the FAKE  summons they are contrary to section 12 of the perjury act 1911 ( look it up) and another crime contrary to section 7 of the perjury act 1911 Aiders abettors and suborners. that states every person who aids abets counsels procures or suborns another person to commit an offence against this act shall be liable to be proceeded against indicted tried and punished as if he were a principal offender. Every time I tried pointing things out to them the legal advisor just talked over me. I pointed out how biased they were towards to council something they denied And the woman from the council said you have to pay the bill it's an act it's an act and I said so is the bills of exchange act the legal advisor said the same you have to pay it's an act I again said so is the bills of exchange act so how do you choose which acts you do and do not recognise?

The beginning.

Let me begin with my story.
I am a council "Customer" (Tenant) You'll understand why I said Customer and not tenant later.
After living as a council customer for 10 years I got a "Court" Summons off the "Council" for not paying council tax. You might be thinking you should of paid your council tax then.
As it says Council Tax Bill at the top I tried to exchange it under bills of exchange act 1882. You might need to look it up. And I took over the document under the stamp act 1881. So that becomes my document and no one should be able to use it against you.
Back to the FAKE  Summons I thought it was odd that the council issues a summons to appear at court are the court not capable of issuing a summons? So I searched for summons to court legislation
And it came back with the Magistrates court act 1980 states a justice of the peace (A Judge) on their oath has to issue a summons to court.

where a justice of the peace is satisfied that:
any person in England or wales is likely to be able to give material evidence, or produce any document or thing likely to be material evidence at the summary for trial of an information or hearing of a complaint by a magistrates court, The magistrates court act 1980 and the courts act 2003 say much more but they do not say a summons may be issued by the council.
So that's 2 laws broken by the council and the magistrates court. Yes that's right the magistrates court have broken the law and at the same time they send people to prison and issue fines and liability orders for "apparently braking the law" that's why the magistrates court is a criminal court as the people who work there are criminals. 3 weeks before my hearing I went to the court and asked to speak with the Authorised legal advisor as that's who signed the FAKE summons and it had no printed name on it. The usher looked on his computer and said you are not on the computer as you have not broken the law I asked why am I summons to court if I have not broken the law? he just told me I'm not legally trained.
2nd of December I attended the initial hearing and adjourned straight away as they had no time to hear what I had to say.
Here's The fake summons issued by the City of Lincoln Council But only a Magistrate on Their oath can issue a summons even though those who claim to be a Magistrate are never on their Judicial oath
Thus Committing Treason, Fraud, Perjury, Kidnapping and False imprisonment.
